At sHe Is Renewed Candle Co., each item is handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Due to the personal nature of our skincare and body care products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or shop credit as appropriate.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons related to personal preferences, skin reactions, or scent selection. We encourage customers to read product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
